Our History
Bee homecare is a home care provider set up and run by carers. Between us we have nearly 40 years experience in the care sector.
We believe this gives us the perfect combination to help us to provide quality care. Not only for those we support but for those we employ too. We believe that carers are a vital, integral part of our society and should be treated as such.

My name is Sophie Bloor and I have worked in the care sector for over 20years. In that time I have obtained my NVQ levels 2, 3 and 5.
I have been the manager of a care home for adults with learning disabilities and the manager of a care agency providing care to the elderly in their own homes.
It has always been a dream of mine to own my own care providing company.
I believe everyone deserves respect, dignity, compassion and equal opportunities no matter their age or disability.

Shaun Hayes
Chief Operations Officer
My name is Shaun Hayes and I have worked in the care sector for over 8 years. I have extensive experience within the children/young person and mental health sector.
However my passion is supporting the elderly to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. My other passion is watching my employees gain new qualifications and skills. Supporting them to be the best they can be and encouraging them all the way.
How are we different?
All care providers will tell you that they are professional, caring, qualified, experienced carer's. They will say that they take a person centered approach to assessing your needs and supplying suitable carer's to help you maintain a good standard of life in your own home. So will we. They wont tell you that they are franchises, and although you think you are getting a specific care company, all you are getting is their name. They are run by business people who want to make money. We will tell you that we are NOT a franchise.
This is how we are different
We create a circle of care into which we invite your family and other carer's, with your permission. We use a top of the range care management system which allows you and anyone you wish to access your care details. Details of calls, timings and care given on each visit. We actively encourage you to use this facility as we feel that openness and honesty are vital to a good standard of care.
